We are a non-production custom home builder and build only about eight to ten
homes per year depending on the market place.
As such, we are able to devote much more time than the norm by visiting your
job sight daily, checking on our subcontractors, solving little problems before
they become big problems, and verifying that your specifications are being
completed properly. By paying daily attention to the details, we are able to
eliminate most call backs, if any, after you move into your new home.
Bill Johnson, the principal, has been building new homes since about 1991. Prior
to that, he spent twenty years operating another successful business. He always
wanted to build homes and when the opportunity presented itself he has never
looked back.
At that time he vowed that none of his clients would ever have an experience like
he had when another builder built a home for him in 1978. He has and will
continue to keep that commitment.
We believe that although lumber, roofing, plumbing, insulation and sheet rock
are important, our number one priority is customer satisfaction. We obtain this
through constant communication during the building process, being accessible by
phone, fax, and E-mail virtually 24 hours a day, and meeting with our clients
anytime and as often as they wish. Call backs, after moving in, although
relatively few, are taken care of expeditiously and with a smile. If we can keep a
smile on our customers' faces, they will put one on ours with referrals.
We believe price is important, but quality is remembered long after price is
forgotten.
We offer a standard builder's written one year limited warranty and an optional
ten year warranty is available. We stand behind our work and will often take
care of non-warranted items. When you're right, you're right!
