To Build or Not to Build - That is the Question
The question as to whether to build or not can be a difficult one to answer.
Unfortunately, the horror stories you probably have heard about building a home may have some
bearing on your decision. However, if you think about it, negative news travels about twice the
speed of light.
I myself have one of those stories because I bought my first home years ago from a builder who
was just completing the framing on a speck home we liked.
For this reason, when I started building myself about ten years ago, I vowed to never put anyone
through that kind of experience. So far, I have lived up to my own expectations.
Building a home should be fun. It's the time when you can have exactly what you want, the way
you want it and for an affordable price. A custom built home doesn't have to be a lavish home.
It just has to be your home.
As far as I am concerned, the only draw back my custom customers have to building a home is
time. You see, it takes 5 to 6 months to complete, once the construction is begun. If you have
the time and don't see a speck home completed exactly like you would want then let's have
some fun and build one.
A lot of builder's don't want to do build jobs. They don't have the patience to work with
customers. They prefer to build a speck, sell it as is and go on down the road. On the other
hand, I would prefer to do build jobs. I can get almost as excited when the bulldozer shows up
for the first time as my customers do. I get the greatest satisfaction when my customers tell me
they had a great experience working with me the day they move into their new home.
All you have to do is call Mark or Sharon, Dave or Kay, Doyle or Gina, Jim or Melanie, etc.
etc. etc. and you will find that I really am customer and service oriented. Let me know and I'll
give you their phone numbers.
So you see, the only disadvantage you have in building a home with me is that your home won't
be ready for a few months.
Give us a call, we'll talk.
